Let me start by saying… “What a pleasant surprise your new establishment; “The Pub” was!”
For years my Husband & I had been visiting this lounge located at your hotel although we stopped going there sometime ago for a number of reasons to include: Inconsistent & Tasteless Food, Poor & Impolite Service, Dirty Floors and Foul Air Smell.
Again… Wow, what a pleasant surprise!
From the moment we walked in the door, we were enthusiastically greeted by your manager and allowed to find a comfortable sitting place of our own choosing. Our drink & food order was taken “At Our Table” by your bartender who was extremely pleasant despite the fact that the entire bar was completely full with a great many of the tables already occupied… It was a busy night as there was some type of Interactive Trivia going on that evening. (What fun that was… It was our original plan to go see a movie that night but instead decided to stay and enjoy the festivities for the evening)
Our food arrived in fairly short order, hot and very tasty. We were even given “normal people silverware” with cloth napkin rather than plastic utensils & paper!
The atmosphere was warm & inviting, décor was tastefully done right down to the fireplace and leather easy chairs, (which we found ourselves “sitting-in” before we left) staff and other guests were friendly and having a good time and oh, by the way… clean as a whistle.
I’m sure you have heard the old story about how a satisfied customer will tell a couple friends about the experience and an unhappy one… will tell everyone…?
Feel certain we will tell everyone and highly recommend your Lovely Establishment to everyone we come into contact with!
